Forum Hotel

The rooms were...okay. Breakfast was nice. The wifi was weak in my room. The problem was the noise. Some construction workers were being extremely loud since 8 in the morning, making it impossible to remain in the room during the day. They refused to give me a new room. Would never go back there again.

Liked: Big, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. Park is big but sometimes guests put cars in a way that in peak hours are missing some places. they should put some signs or lines on the ground. Disliked: Not easy to find electric sockets in the rooms, specially close to the beds. - Ladies should be more careful when cleaning in the corridor, on every floor. situation is like a mess (check my photos). - bread on breakfast, was not a fresh one, just a toast bread from super market

With a group of 10 students and 4 professors we have spent a nite at a Forum Hotel. Although we arrived late receptionist was very kind and welcomed us with ease. Rooms were clean just enough to get a positive review, but breakfast was rich and so fast we were on the road again.

Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig, sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Staff were rude and weren’t helpful at all. The room had a bad smell, the sheets were dirty and stained. Terriblle. The card for electricity was broken and no lights, until a lot of explanation makes the receptionist to came and check.

Konumu harika , merkeze yürüyerek ya da tek bir araçla kısa sürede varmak iyi, otoparkı ücretsiz çok iyi , yataklar çok dengesiz , rahatsız , temizlik orta seviyede , resepsiyon çok iyi . Yataklar mutlaka değişmeli.

Прекрасен хотел, чисто и уютно място,препоръчвам го удобна локация и голям паркинг към хотела. Персонала е усмихнат и вежлив.

I liked the area and the location. The staff were friendly. And that’s about it. Very communist and outdated looking hotel and rooms, but I guess for the price it is what it is. Although it looked clean I could spot some spider webs and dirty spots, but it’s not the end of the world. I found the bed too soft and too small (twin room), the tv was a tiny one and the reception was poor. The restaurant- in crying need of a more modern menu and decor. I would stay there again only if no better option is available.

Hotel Forum is a great place to stay while visiting Sofia - there is safe parking, shops and city attractions near by, stuff is helpfull and kind 24/7 and what's a great advantage: this place is pet friendly! 🖤

Gillade inte en sådan bagatell, som att jag inte fick creamers till kaffet på rummet 2 dagar och värre: jag blev väckt en halvtimme för sent, den enda dag jag bad om väckning. Telefonen var ur funktion. Annars gillar jag det hotellet och har bott där ofta genom åren. Det passar mina behov och de är snälla och vänliga.
