Hampton Inn Wichita Falls-Sikes Senter Mall

The elevator and pool areas were out of order, which limited activities and movement within the hotel.

Communication excellent, customer service excellent, room was comfortable, and All together was very satisfactory :)

Breakfast was delicious. My room was very clean and accommodating.

The elevator was out of order.

Our visit was due to a family funeral. Our arrival was unpleasant due to check in our front desk person was not so cheerful, we were told that the elevator was out of order, the pool was not in service and the A/C kept shutting off during the night. If it had been because we were emotionally exhausted we would’ve rented somewhere else. The only good thing from this visit was breakfast and the wonderful greet we received from house keepers n kitchen staff.

The stay at this hotel was def sub-par! The room had a particularly strong and putrid odor when coming in. The other problems were that the toilet did not work, almost every flush required opening up the tank and jiggling the mechanism to get the water flowing again. And the water pressure, especially for the hot water was almost non-existent. I was on the first floor, but the elevator was non-operational, and if I had been on an upper floor that would have been a big bummer. They do have a breakfast buffet, which was bland at best when it came to the main dish, omlettes 2 days and scrambled for 1 day. I love eggs, but these were probably the super processed eggs that come in a carton instead of real eggs. I will personally never stay there again, although the front counter people were nice. I didn't make complaints because we were only there a couple of hours in the morning and evening before bed. Again, won't be staying there again, good luck to you if you do!

Older hotel. Not a Hampton. Elevator broken. Lower quality breakfast

Clean pleasant stay. Elevator was working.

The place is a little older. However, it is clean, staff is friendly and it is close to everything. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

I hate to submit bad reviews, but we had stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, which was why we booked it again. Unfortunately, the hotel and area has declined considerably over the past two years. There was a lack of deferred maintenance and the elevator didn't work. We checked in, climbed the stairs with our luggage, dropped our stuff off and went to our grandson's graduation. While at his graduation we booked a different hotel, came back to get our things and checked out. The young lady behind the counter was very nice and understanding. We didn't rant or complain we just left. So sad to see the decline.

Elevator out of order. Pool closed all month. Smake alarm hanging from ceiling by wires.
