"Wichita Falls, Hampton Inn"

There was no elevator available for handicap access on the third floor. There was no way we were going to drag our suitcases up to the third floor. The attendant was very cut and dried and did not try to help solve the problem at all. There is an open ticket on our complaint because we had to pay for our room that we were not able to use. We ended up staying at a La Quinta next-door.

"Elevator out of service & rude front desk clerk"

I was not aware the elevator was out of service when I made the reservation. Front desk clerk very rude. Wouldn’t contact the manager for me after telling me she would charge me a cancellation fee. Horrible service.

"Hotel is Older Yet Clean with a Decent Complimentary Breakfast"

I’m very glad to report that the employees at this hotel take pride in their jobs. Is this property on the older side? Yes, however it is VERY clean. Thanks housekeeping! Is the breakfast basic? Yes, however the morning “breakfast lady” is an absolute DELIGHT! My sister and I only stayed one night. The elevator and pool were both closed for maintenance, but it did not concern us.
