Friendly staff, clean rooms with cold AC, perfect location.

This was the most disappointing hotels, it was filthy ,I didn't want to stay in a brothel

It smelt it was filthy, blinds falling down my socks i had to throw them away, iv never stayed in such a bad place in my entire life

Je n’ai jamais vu un établissement pareil, et c’est une honte qu’il soit encore en circulation. À l’arrivée dans notre chambre : AC moisie, fenêtre recouverte par des sac poubelles et impossible d ouverture, auréoles sur le lit, une moquette dégoûtante ou l’aspirateur n’a pas du être passé depuis des mois, ma main est restée collée sur la commande car une matière visqueuse n’avait pas été retirée. Que dire de plus… mon compagnon a prit une douche et celle-ci était bouchée. En dehors de la qualité des installations, j’ai été à deux doigts de vomir. J’ai l’habitude de voyager dans des hôtels bas de gamme mais c’était là insoutenable.

the large family style room fit everyone with 3 single beds which was great for the kids! The location was walking distance to Frenchman Street. The humans running the front desk were so nice an apologetic about the room issue listed next.

They did not have 2 rooms available for me when I arrive like I had booked. There was an issue with one of the rooms I booked in which the key was lost. They gave me another much smaller room with 1 bed instead of two. They kept saying it would be fine and I could put a married couple in there, but there were no married couples on our trip. I actually was supposed to have 2 additional guests that dropped out and that is how I was able to make it work but I have requested a partial refund for the 1 room with 1 less bed and I have not received one and no one will respond to me. The front desk people said I had to contact the owner and they seemed to try but were only able to leave voicemails. Also only 1 room had a microwave and it did not work. I brought breakfast sandwiches to save costs but could not heat them.

c'est vraiment très bien situé et le bâtiment est très charmant, avec beaucoup de caractère et le personnel est gentil

les draps tâchés, l'absence de wifi dans la chambre, la serrure de la porte qui marchait mal, la barre de douche qui s'écroulait à moitié, l'absence de bouilloire, l'absence d'info sur le petit dej éventuel, etc.

Ne paie pas de mine, au début, mais le cadre a bcp de charme, chambre grande, avec 2 grands lits, les sanitaires par contre,sont très moyens, douche cassée !
