"Possible death trap - how is this allowed?"

Pretty good location

I specifically booked for three people and chose this place because it had several beds in one room. When it's time to go to bed, we notice only two have blankets and we have to share a bed. Also horrible safety issues with smoke detectors covered with plastic bags. An electrical outlet had two metal spikes sticking out if it. Everything was very worn and felt dirty. I told the person in the reception about my issue with the bed and smoke detectors, he didn't seem to care at all.

Short walk to French Quarter and restaurants.

Extremely dirty. Floors were very dirty and slippery. Rust in the shower. AC very dirty. Broken bed frames. Noisy people right outside room door. It was a miserable experience for my family. We didn’t want to touch anything and could not wait to check out. The price was nearly triple due to a conference. The place was a total dump. I’m requesting a full refund.

The courtyard was beautiful, the bed comfortable. The location is very close to a grocery store where we could buy meals.

"I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, the AC in our first room wasn't working. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was told it was functioning fine, despite the fact that it was silent, missing push buttons and the room wasn't cooling. Beyond the AC issues, the room lacked basic essentials like a microwave, hair dryer, and coffee maker. To make matters worse, there is no coffee available on the premises, which is a major inconvenience for anyone looking to start their day. I wouldn't recommend staying here until they improve their room maintenance and customer service."

Good location and front desk was friendly.

Hair on the sheets, toilet stained, and hair in the shower, and someone's false eyelash on the chair. Sheets had clearly not been changed. We were not comfortable staying here and ended up sleeping elsewhere. We took the loss
