The location.

My room was very dirty when I came. Even the sheets. I called the owner twice but I couldn't reach him and he didn't call me back. I took the sheets to the laundry to wash it then I could sleep on it. They came yesterday to clean the house because they got some new visitors.i had food in the refrigerator but they took the half of my food away. I tried to call them again but as usual I couldn't reach them. So I wrote a message asking them why they did that. The answer was because I used a different side of the refrigerator. I wrote them back I said but the refrigerator is quite empty but I got no answer concerning that.

I didn’t like nothing about this property

They only worry about the money they don't worry about the guests, imagine my flight was delayed I arrived at Lisbon airport at 10:30 pm, I arrived at the place of accommodation there was no light on and my code to access the room does not work I called the phone number no one answers only answers in the chat, spoke with him as my stay was from the 20th to the 25th of March I will arrange a hotel to sleep because he told me he called the employees no one answers and that at midnight he will cancel the reservation, if he shows up there the next day he will call the police, I do not recommend anyone to stay in this apartment I think it is nothing more than a scam, , at the end of the conversation, I tell him that I have God, he replied that he has his key

Perfect location

Before checking in, we got lost and I called 2 times, noone respond. Barely found apart apartment, than it was stated in the advertisement. Big minus - noone cleans for the whole week..Place needs to have a bit renovation.
