TT Anjos Lisbon Rooms

Location. Near the metro, bus, tram stops. Kitchen is convenient. Bed is big. Bathroom is as described.

1. Staff. On the day of arrival, there were no towels. We were told to put them in the dryer, but they were wet. We had to buy a towel. The next day we took 2 towels, but they looked rather questionable and were wet. 2. In the morning we bought groceries (cheese, meat slices for sandwiches; everything was in packaging), in the evening we did not find our groceries. We were told that the refrigerator was shared and they were not responsible for the groceries. 3. The refrigerator was filled with some kind of nasty detergent for all three days of our stay. Therefore, we did not store anything there. 4. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so all the moisture goes into the room. 4. There is not much space to store clothes, only 2 hangers. 5. Please note that there is no central heating, the fan is only for cooling. However, we were not cold. 6. This does not apply to the premises. However, I do not advise walking along the alley between the houses - I have never seen such garbage. It's better to go around the whole street.

The location is good

The rooms are in the attic and very difficult to access, the stairs are so tiny and upward. You need to mind your head all the time. The beds aren't comfortable, no air-conditioning or heating. It was so cold with only one bedsheet. It will be so hot in summer. No cleaning for 4 days, no change of towels, even the trash wasn't taken out for 4 days.

Good location, reasonably priced.

It will be superb if the bedsheets could make drier before taking out from the washing machine for hanging on an airer over the staircase for the bedrooms upstairs. It could save the smell that also went into the bedroom.

Close to the center and good restaurants around the property.

The apartment was very dirty and the room was extremely hot. There were black mold in the whole apartment, as in our room. The walls and madras had stains of dirt. We did not get any towels and soap and when we reached out to ask about this the host didn’t answer. We did not find any toaster as it said in the description about the accommodation. Do not book this accommodation if you’re a plus size person because the steps were very small and the bathroom was nearly unable to fit in.

Central location. All facilities to make lunch and breakfasts.

Santos room was warm and didn’t have much storage. Towels weren’t provided in room on arrival.
