The room looked nice

As i stated above, the room looked nice..... However, the bedding was very thin, and the heating was not working...!! So never slept much at all.... High winds during the night, window was ratling and this made the door bang....!! Got up at 6 as I could not take the cold anymore...!! Went to have a shower, no toiletries.... Put shower on and no hot water...!! Never again..!! It was also dirty...!!

Black Hairs on bed , shower area not cleaned, toothpaste all over window, no toilet roll holder , towel wrapped round smoke alarm need to sack who ever is cleaning these rooms appalling
