It was ok; our daughter found hairs on her blanket that were not hers. We had a stink bug under ours. Sheets didn’t look clean but smelled like bleach so that was ok. Great for an emergency stay but not a relaxing one. The clerks/ managers were fantastic!

Tv was horrible hard to hear. Place was old and run down. Room not stocked with tissue. No plug in bathroom sink. . Ice machine broken. Simple things like cover of coffee didn’t fit. Very small continental breakfast.

I needed a place to stay in between moving, that would allow cats. The staff is and was very kind, and very caring! My room was clean, I felt safe, it was also quiet, at night as well. My car was also safe. Thank you very much for being there when I needed peace and quiet.

It's in a perfect location for the cost. If you're looking for something above average this isn't the place. But it's perfect for our cheaper shorter trips where we won't be at the hotel for more than a couple days.

"I understand budget but sheesh…"

Hot water wasn’t. HVAC unit was falling apart. Fitness center was closed. The breakfast was stale bread, 3 bulk cereals and the same mini blueberry muffins as the day I got there and warm coffee.

"So bad we left and drove back to our home."

There was nothing I liked.

I didn't like anything about the place at all. There was no working phone in the room, told that things were being renovated. Curtains were dirty and blocking the heat. Was told to tuck them up to let the heat warm the room, which didn't work. The locking system to the outside door was inadequate at best.

Not alot, Maybe have heat! Thicker blanket! Comp breakfast not ready, late by 30 mins from posted time. Biggest complaint was website said 100 damage deposit, got there all of a sudden its 200. Asked guy(heavy set man) said they have haf problems lately. Unfortunately your problems aren't my problems. Also while I was there, i found housekeeping doesn't make miniman wage! Tips are supposed to makeup for it. Housekeeping is not a tipped job! Wtf! I will never stay at a facility that breaks the law, I fought for with my time in the army. I will tell everyone I know about law breaking hotel
