Great Resort. We bought here 30 years ago and we remain Bluegreen Owners. During this stay, my family members really enoyed the Grille and the swimming pools
USThe location was great and all the amenities were nice. Staff were great specially when needing anything.
For starters when checking in paying for the room for the week I get told I’m gonna have an additional $165 fee added on top of the total of the room. Then on top of that placing an additional $100 hold on my card for the room. I was not happy about the extra $165 due to I was never told this prior to booking or arriving and it took me by surprise. The internet was terrible. But if you wanted better internet gonna make me pay per day?? I feel that should be included in the $165. Second, for the price I paid for the room I felt and so did my guest with me felt the room could have been cleaner. The light fixture above the kitchen table was covered with dust. The bathroom could have been cleaner, specially the shower/shower base. It look like it hasn’t been scrubbed or could use some bleach to whiten it back up. I was disappointed in my stay here and prior to that I was looking forward to my stay due to the pictures on your website but after staying here I don’t think I will stay again and I won’t be recommending it to anyone to stay at.
I really enjoy my stay each time i visit. I just dont like that they wont give you a late check out when you have a later flight the day of your checkout.
Beautiful accommodations and friendly staff. Nice area, close to restaurants and shows. Buildings face ponds that are stocked with fish. Fishing pole and bait available for $5 per day. Pass available to local state parks as part of activity fee which is $25 per day.
It was spiders in the room walls are thin and if you have neighbors you can hear them couple of other little critters running around

Too far away from the beach. Two small pools for a resort with over 400 apartments/rooms.
The staff and the area was great
I would give it a four star there were a few issues some were addressed some were just overlooked it is a timeshare run facility so be warned they will be reaching out to you to see if you're willing to buy
The room was extremely run down and DIRTY. There was a dirty hand towel and tissue next to the TV upon entering. Dirty towel on the kitchen counter, table was covered in crumbs. Trash was filled with takeout containers. Carpet was nasty and stained.
