Absolutely disgusting attitudes from the resort manager and the lady manager Lisa on the left when you walk in to check in is the most two-faced person I have ever met. She lied to the resort manager to save herself at the expense of me. The room was moldy in several places (black mold) and smelt like urine (building 11).

USEnjoyed all the pools, the walkable restaurant and poolside bar. Great spacious and clean room. Good free coffee, great spots to take photos. Unfortunately a little further away from the main tourist areas but easy & quick transportation options available in area.
Overall the property was very nice. It was clean (even with the construction). Plenty of areas to walk in the mornings. The staff was very friendly. Would stay here again
Great Staff and Amenities and Very nice units. The guys loved the fishing- catch and release, we loved the pool and lazy river and hot tub. Plus the area had so many great things to do and the food places were top notch! We had amazing German food and Amazing Seafood!
We stayed a week and the property was beautiful and had plenty to do around the resort. Two restaurants and plenty of swimming options. Only issue was when we got there to check in we were told there was a fee of 195 which was never covered in the email or on hotel.com. However the toung lady waved it due to us not being made aware prior. The customer service was excellent and i wld recommend the property. I would definitely stay again.
A lot of steps to get to units and I asked for a 1 st floor and was told there was only one building with and elevator , which we were able to get but still we were on the 3 rd floor , last room from the elevator .And I surely know it wasn't full . We were not given much information at check in about the units , such as how to use the phone , the TV channels ,check out procedures , towel exchange , etc until I asked some questions and then a front desk person said " oh didn't you get this a check in ?
