Old and run down location. Hilton bought out either Bluegreen resorts, or just this resort and now instituted an amenities fee of $25.00 per day for RCI bookings. So called amenities were old and out dated, club house had pool table( which you had to pay to play) and a so called gym with a single bike and 2 tread mills. The resorts answer to that was one could travel about 4 miles away and go to another gym after signing a waiver. Unit was old and run down and dirty, furniture was old, and in disrepair. I had been going to this resort for last 10 years to play softball in Myrtle. Back then I had no interest in amenities, now retired from softball was on a golfing trip, and was apalled by what was offered.

The quality has dropped drastically, staff passing on false information, very disappointed, with how the quality had dropped , over the years, this use to be me and my family most wonderful place to come hope the service get back to what it used to be to be ,

This was our second time here and it was just as great as the last time. Our suite was clean and we had a great view of the river.
It is centrally located and the staff is extremely helpful. The unit has preplanned activities that our children enjoyed. If you like to fish or walk it is a great place. The units are spacious and updated.
Overall good visit. Did not like being charge nearly $190 additional fee as an RCI guest (in addition to normal exchange fee, of course) Have never been asked to pay that at any exchanged property before, only occasionally have paid much smaller amounts as amenities fee. Did not even use any amenities-- Was in town for a golf tournament.
