Room location, view from room, friendly staff.

There could be more sun beds around the Lagoon pool. A couple of times we had to go to the main pool when we wanted to be in the lagoon pool. Coffee was just ok, a proper barista / machine would raise the standard. Sorry we are Australian and are accustomed to a really high standard.
