After reading many reviews and watching lots of videos, we chose the Furama Resort in Da Nang. We spent six nights here with our family—nine people in total—staying in four rooms. We chose a lagoon-view room, which was an excellent choice. We had considered an ocean-view room, but looking back, we’re glad we didn’t pay extra—unfortunately, the ocean side wasn’t the most beautiful in our opinion; the lagoon side had a much nicer, quieter, and more tropical atmosphere. Hats off to the entire staff—everyone we met was smiling, kind, and helpful. Breakfast could have been a little more varied; there was a minimal change every other day, but we obviously never left hungry. On our last night, we tried the steak-seafood buffet advertised by the hotel; we’re split 50-50 on this one—we ate well here too, but a lot of the food had been pre-cooked, so by 7:40 PM it was already tough; the steak consisted mostly of small pieces of ostrich and beef that were cooked fresh. The wine selection was perfectly adequate, with very good options across several price ranges. It was nice once, but we wouldn’t go back—it looked better in the videos. Our favorites were the Hai Van Lounge and its staff, as well as Giri, the wellness master. We’re happy to recommend the hotel; like everywhere else, there’s room for improvement, but overall it provided a superb 5-star resort experience. Відсутність вʼєтнамської привітності. Повна байдужість офіціантів в ресторані та на пляжі, ніхто не вітається, не всміхається, купа посуду на столах, які прибираються дуже повільно або вже після сніданку. Офіціанти весь час спілкуються поміж собою, не звертаючи уваги на гостей. Housekeeping- нас розмістили в номері 4 поверху , де були капкани для мишей та щурів, ніхто нас про це не попередив, такий пристрій спрацював при нас і при нас витягли не малого щура із - за стелі, це було жахливо. Ми були налякані і розчаровані байдужістю. Нам відповіли- так, ми про це знаємо і це не вперше!!! Як можна розміщувати гостей в номери, де стоять капкани, не попередивши гостей????? Після довгої переписки, нас переселили в інший номер, з видом на море але пухові матраци та постільна білизна були вогкими і стояв сморід хлору та плісняви. На наступний день матрац змінили, а постіль ще через день, їм все байдуже!!!! Відношенням генерального менеджера, до вищеописаної ситуації ми були, мʼяко кажучи, розчаровані. Відповідь була наступною- так ми ж розміщені в такому оточенні….. Він про все знає, вони вже побороли зміїв, які приходять з річки, а тепер у них миші та щури, це якийсь жах!!! Чи так буває у готелях 5*, з нами таке вперше!!!! Такий собі відпочинок!!!!!

Wunderschöne, ruhige Anlage mit traumhaftem Garten > wie im Dschungel. Schönster Strand in Da Nang. Liegestühle und Schirme sind weit auseinander, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Strand sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig > es hat an nichts gefehlt. Personal sehr, sehr freundlich! Wenn wieder Da Nang, dann nur das Furama :-)
