Furama Resort Danang

We booked the Studio Suite with Ocean View. They gave us the ground floor with a garden in front, away from the beach so not much of a view. We also killed over 10 mosquitoes on the first night. We asked to change room and they gave us the highest floor. The setup of the room was no longer a Studio Suite as pictured on Booking.com but it had a great view of the beach and ocean, with great breeze so we accepted the swap, and more importantly, no mosquitoes! Pool was fine, although not enough beds for the number of guests at the hotel so difficult to get hold of a bed by the pool if you turn up at 11am after breakfast. Gym was great with decent equipment, water, towels and bananas provided.

Breakfast was disappointing for 5-star hotel. We normally turn up 1 hour before closing time, and plates by then would run out, some food not refilled, milk and coffee beans were not refilled at the coffee machines, and a lot of processed meat and not much of unprocessed protein options. Definitely did not feel like 5-star when in the buffet breakfast and definitely not a culinary resort as they billed themselves to be.

Beautiful gardens. Kid-friendly lagoon pool with lots of shade. Lovely stretch of beach right in front of the hotel. Attentive staff. Original and large kids club.

Our stay was during a public holiday week, but the price-quality ratio was still a bit disappointing. Had expected more than a basement level, rather dark and older room with garden view for +- 200 usd per night. The hotel calls itself a culinary resort but menu options in the various restaurants were the usual spaghetti, pizza... There were not many vegetarian or healthy options. Coffee was not fantastic: we ended up leaving the hotel quite a few times to grab a coffee outside. Extra fees, some quite high, needed to be paid for some activities in the kids club, rental of inflatable toys in the pool, tennis racket rental...

Khi chúng tôi tắm hồ bơi, đã xảy ra sự cố: tôi phải trả 80.000 đồng để thuê áo phao dành cho trẻ em ??? Tôi đã đi nghĩ nhiều nơi, nhưng không có resort 5 sao nào đi thu tiền khách vì : 1 chiếc áo phao cho trẻ em. Đây là dịch vụ tệ nhất tôi từng trãi nghiệm ! - Đồ ăn tại bể bơi tệ hại, và quên món tôi đã đặt. Khi tôi phải nhắn rằng đã hơn 30p rồi chưa có món ăn, thì nhân viên nói rằng: nhà hàng bị quên món của tôi ?

Ein absolut traumhaftes Hotel! Das gesamte Resort ist im wunderschönen vietnamesischen Stil gestaltet – mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Villen, Restaurants und Anlagen sind einfach beeindruckend. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die atemberaubenden Gärten, die täglich perfekt gepflegt werden. Der Service ist auf sehr hohem Niveau – aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, wirklich alles ist vorhanden. Der Strand ist perfekt sauber und gepflegt, mit hochwertigen Holzliegen – einfach nur entspannend. Das Steakhouse direkt am Strand ist ein echtes Highlight! Für uns ganz klar: 10/10 Punkte.
