Puffin Inn

I stayed in April. Somehow I double paid for the room. Neither the accommodation or Booking.com paid me back!! It's been almost 3 months and still no sign of any service. Tried to contact them multiple times. What a bad service! The room we stayed in, is now three times more expensive. Very small and no hot shower. And who's going to pay me back?? Puffin inn or booking? Don't know but terrible service from both.

Breakfast was minimal You need better tea than Lipton!

The staff were nice. The room was not up to my expectations for $300.

The room felt small and like it had a lot of work done to it. It also is located in a sketchy part of town.

Room 1130 was a remote room in the back alley under a very ugly wooden staircase in a seperate building. Frankly the room and location of it sucked! I was not offered any choice.

Bathroom tub could use some form of non- slip surface or matt. I’m disabled and was concerned about slipping and falling.

easy check-in, room was clean, and the breakfast had a decent amount of options (bagels, yogurt, waffle maker, etc.). the shuttle to the airport was quick and easy.

I found my bed to be a little uncomfortable, but not unbearable
