Good location

Slow elevator, somewhat expensive, average breakfast which was also expensive.

The decor and coziness of the room, having a Nespresso maker and the generosity of staff in giving us extra pods.

The bathtub was very slippery and there was no shower mat to prevent that. Our view was of the parking lot and utility type building next door. The cost of the breakfast seemed high.

Adan at the front desk had to adjust the pricing for our room bc they oversold king room. He adjusted the price to booking.com rate.

We were not informed about being sold.out of our room during initial check in and were overcharged for a queen room $100 over the room rate on booking. It was not the temp deposit they take. Room rate was 336 they took 560. Once that was remedied we went to our room. In our fridge was left over nachos from a previous guest also a wash cloth used by a previous guest hanging on the shower curtain rod. After telling the front desk they stated housekeeping would take care of this first thing in the morning. Housekeeping did not visit our room that day. Upon inspection from the days adventure. Not only that when we returned none of our room keys worked and we could not enter the building. It was 29 degrees outside. We had to again visit the front desk to have our keys reactivated.

Comfortable bed.

Lights in the bathroom turn off automatically leaving me in a completely dark shower with glass doors and potential for injury.. $20 fee nightly to park the car is ridiculous. $24 fee for breakfast is ridiculous. 1 glass only for drinking beverages in room. No microwave in the room . Bring back the old Hampton Inn that used to be here, it was furnished more charming and offered more amenities for the money. It is my last stay here.

Clean, beautifully decorated, smelled amazing inside

Was not aware there’s a $20 parking charge. I might’ve missed that little blurb when I booked it, but it was not included in my original statement estimate online. Wasn’t aware of it until I checked out and looked at my invoice. Also charging $24 for a breakfast buffet is outrageous. I’ve had complimentary breakfast bars that had more items than that.

At booking it said breakfast. It wasn’t included and way overpriced at 24.00 The coffee maker was a joke. Never could get it to work. No ice machine a real downer

There was nobody at the front desk and I couldn’t find anybody for 10 minutes. I’m sure they’re shorthanded, but there should be a bell or something I had made my reservation for a single king bed, and I got two twins. Although the room was very clean and neat, it was very dark and short of plug-ins. For a new hotel, I would think the builders and the planters would realize everybody has multiple electronic devices that need charging!

The hotel was really nice my only problem with it was at we were informed when we walked in that it's a newly renovated resort and it I informed them with my first time and when I made my reservations through hotels.com I purchased the breakfast for 2 days , we were given no instruction on how to obtain that so the following two days we found out that we were being charged to our room until we finally confronted the girl and they reimbursed us. If we wouldn't have taken the time we would have been double charged. I believe their front desk staff should have been more informative and told us what needs to be done instead of us trying to figure it out. Other than that it's a very nice location
