Martis Valley Lodge, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Pet friendly, they even have a water bowl by the elevator. There are other places that are more pet friendly, providing dishes, beds, toys and even poop bags. But, I would definitely stay here again. Clean, modern, great parking and plenty of walks trails to take your dog.

They need to change the coffee maker so we can heat some.hot water lol

Clean and comfortable room, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Pet-friendly for Winston without any complaints or comments on where I can bring him in the hotel.

Overall it was good , but the bed is way too soft , had a back problem the next morning

Great sense of arrival - looks like a mountain lodge both inside and out. I was in a single king room which has a sleeper sofa and seating area, so it didn't feel like a typical hotel room. Our group used the meeting spaces, and our folks that had been to the hotel when it was a Hampton Inn said the upgrades were remarkable. Great access to Lake Tahoe area - looking forward to coming back to the Martis Valley Lodge with the family!

Had such a great time staying at this hotel. Wonderful staff, great decor and awesome location. Looking forward to staying here again!

I paid $480 ahead of time with Hotels.com. I noticed during my stay that I was double charged and was told the charge would fall off my credit card. When it did not I called and the hotel told me I would have to dispute it with my credit card company because they could not "find" a charge in that amount. The dispute is still unresolved because they haven't responded to American Express. Meanwhile weeks later I am still out $449! It's absolutely maddening since I asked at the hotel and had to call them after multiple times AND deal with this with my credit card company. I would never stay here again.
