The room is newly remodeled and feels very clean. I like the bed a lot! They offer Nespresso as the complementary coffee in the room.

The pre-tax $24 breakfast is overpriced (and is usually free in many other hotels).

It's a Hampton Inn with expensive (not free) breakfast. No one at the desk at check-in. No towels at the pool. Calling it a "tapestry collection" property is putting lipstick on a pig.
