Hotel Damier

Staff were very courteous and helpful with any query that I had whether it was getting eggs for breakfast or if I needed an iron. I was most impressed with Tina who went above and beyond, and genuinely put a smile on my face when arriving and leaving. All reception staff that I met were also friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere. The room and breakfast were also really nice. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Our stay was brilliant! The hotel location was perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. There were lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and happy to help.

Great hotel in very central location. Will be amazing when the new bar and parking are sorted.

Clean room but the pillow was very uncomfortable . I couldn’t t sleep well.

A very nice traditional Hotel in the town centre. This is my third stay here and I will be using it again when on my next visit to Kortrijk.

Close to everything our family needed. Completely polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, with both sweets (good pastries) and meats and smoked salmon. We liked the old velvet, lush feel of the lobby and the low-lit lounge. Very nice soft landing during a hectic travel week.

Beautiful European hotel, just oozing character. Perfect location, great breakfast and a nice bar/restaurant.

All was good, apart from dinner at the hotel restaurant. I was informed by the staff that the food served was gastronomical style. I found the price astronomical and the portion mean. The wine to go with the food was a joke. Strongly advise people not to dine at the restaurant, worst food ever had in Belgium.

Good hotel right in the main square in the centre of town. Couldn't fault anything. Would happily stay there again.

Excellent hotel, my stay was unfortunately marred with noise issues. Customers wellbeing should be a priority.
