The staff!!

Mattresses are old and could feel the hard slats through it. Terrible sleep if any. Asked for a topper and all they had was very thing bed cover thing. Asked the next morning and they put two single doonas on the bed. Made no difference. No TVs it the bedroom either. Nothing like a stay at any other Quest I’ve been to and we always stay at the Quest.
