Property Notes

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Front desk hours are from 7 AM to 11 PM. After hours, guests will need to obtain a key from security. Guests under the age of 21 are only allowed to check in with a parent or legal guardian. Repairs Notice: The resort is in the process of making repairs after a damaging snowstorm that occurred in January. The resort is completing repairs to the roofs that were damaged during the storm which may result in a quick repair to your unit. The repair work should take no more than 30 minutes and, in most cases, will have very minimal impact. The work is being completed from approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm daily through April 30th. This necessary work will help improve and preserve the resort so that all owners & guests may have a wonderful vacation home for many years to come. While the project may involve the distinctive sights and sounds of construction in progress, every effort will be made to minimize any impact on your vacation experience. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Great place for people of all ages. Several accommodation options. Rental of a golf cart to get around the resort was a plus. Many activities throughout the resort. Many good quality restaurants are available within a short drive. We really enjoyed wine tasting at Barboursville Winery in Barboursville, Va. Beautiful winery with knowledgeable staff. We are definitely looking forward to returning to Shenandoah Crossings in the near future.

Wonderful getaway, cabins perfect for relaxation and spending time with family. Pools and activities provide hours of enjoyment. Staff friendly and welcoming, looking forward to visiting again.

The area was beautiful, the staff was nice, the food and drinks were good, and the price was very reasonable. Will be coming back, and would like to do the horseback riding and mini golf next time!

Upon arrival I was charged an additional $160 on top of an advertised price of $189 which was unexpected. We chose this location based on the pools and amenities for families, the indoor pool was under construction, and the outdoor pools and activities were closed due to heat lighting. The neighboring room was very noisy until 1am, so not the best stay like we were hoping.

"Nice Country Resort"

We stayed in the yurts. They were very nice with AC and the showers were amazing. However the walls are thin and can hear everything. Had some interesting encounters with salamanders in the yurt though. The horse center is worth a trip and ride horseback. The mini golf area is great. It the resort is a short trip from towns.
