We were greeted at the desk with a smile by your friendly staff. They gave us recommendations on where to visit during our stay which was a great help. Our room was lovely & clean and had beautiful views over the Peace Garden. And there was a shower & a bath, it's always nice to have the choice. Everything we needed was there - Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tea, coffee, fridge etc etc. And, finally, having use of the spa was brilliant. We had a little swim & chilled in the steam rooms & ice igloo. Having this included within our stay was such a lovely added bonus!.

The bed was a little too 'Soft' for us & we kept rolling into the middle through the night. My partner awoke with back ache in the morning. We were in room 203 so perhaps there could be a damaged slat under the mattress or maybe it's time for a new one soon.

The location was great. The food was fantastic both meal at night and breakfast buffet.

Could not locate hotel as name has changed Hotel looks tierd but they have notices up that new owners will renovate Also no air conditioning in one of the rooms we had reserved very hot
