Central location and access to spa

The rooms were average and not particularly warm and welcoming given the price. I needed to ask for a desk light and tea and coffee as there were none in the room. Not all spa facilities were up and running.

this hotel is worse than a 2 star hotel.lift has been out of use for months.wardrobe door missing.bedside light not working.6 inch crack in wash basin.very run down.Trade describtions should look at misdiscribtion.wow no water as offered in room.no bath robes.could go on and on!

The location is great.

The carpet in room was very dirty and stained. There is no longer a bottle of water in your room and you cannot plug anything in at the desk due to bad design. The kettle and hairdryer had to be plugged in at the bedside table. Which meant you cannot see to do your hair. Also the spa facilities felt and looked dirty and the sauna was not working which was disappointing.

Quack staffs, the room Is expensive for a room that has TV that is not functioning for anything.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very pleasant. The location was very good.

Throughout my stay the sauna was out of order. I was told that this was a frequent occurrence.

The security you can't getto the room's if your not staying there because you have a fob to use the lift

Lovely hotel, great location, breakfast excellent, staff friendly

Rooms, need mini fridge, safe for jewellery, drawers, doors on wardrobes, and mend the lift

Good reception and service

Tv was fairly old compared to the other room we booked for the same price Double bed was just 2 singles pushed together and very springy Running toilet all need - potential leak

Rooms Very clean and comfy .. lobby area was spacious and bright . Lots of natural sunlight shining through with big glass roof and surroundings .
