"Mooi goed gelegen hotel."

De ligging centraal in het centrum

Was even zoeken voor de parkeerplek ( parkeergarage heeft het hotel niet). Dus nabijgelegen Q-park. Kost toch snel 20 euro extra voor een nacht.

Great location

Our air con wasn't working and I asked for it to be checked and no one came. The sauna wasn't working. We found someone's hat in the corner of our room so quite clearly it wasn't cleaned very well. Our room had a crane right outside the window.

"Good location, needs some attention to detail."

Nice central location. The lady on reception when we arrived was really friendly.

The room was very dated, with broken blinds and curtain plinths. There were no documents with information on, numbers to cash etc, and a half empty drinks tray so no breakfast coffee. The lady on reception was unhelpful and dismissive at our frustration that despite online advice e we would get nearby parking at a discount, this wasn’t the case so cost a fortune!

"Find a better hotel to stay at."

The breakfast.

The room was dated. The hotel has changed its name and we didn’t know so spent ages trying to find it. The spa is a joke. Sauna was broken. No jacuzzi. Poole stank.

"Well worth the money!"

The staff were very friendly. The location was perfect. The lobby was really clean and modern. Mini fridge in the room was useful and we had complimentary water in the room. Nice big tv with plenty of channels.

It recently changed its name, so we spent 5 minutes looking for it as “Mercure” but that’s not what it’s called anymore

"No AirCon on a 30 degree day and night!"

The room was very spacious and overlooking the courtyard

The air-condition didn't work and the room had been in the direct sun throughout the day. It was incredibly hot and impossible to sleep. The staff explained that I needed to ask for the AirCon to be activated. There were no signs to inform me of this and it seems obvious that this would be needed on an extremely hot day! The room was quite dated and the toilet dis not flush well.
