Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms were beautiful, large and well kept. Facilities were amazing and it's a great location too. We will definitely be back!

🌟 Lovely, Clean & Family-Friendly Hotel 🏨 We stayed at Hotel Deloix at the end of July 2025 for 10 days as a family of three 👨‍👩‍👧, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful 😊, and the hotel was spotless ✨. I loved that the pool 🏊‍♀️ was open from 10:00 to 20:00, and on my very first morning I saw the team cleaning it thoroughly before opening 🧹. Even better – there was never any rush for sunbeds 🌞. Our room 🛏️ (3304) had a lovely view of the green hills 🌿. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis 🍳, and the food was delicious every morning 😋. Another highlight for me was the location 📍 – just a 20-minute walk to the beach 🏖️, perfect for getting my daily steps in 🚶‍♀️. For those who prefer not to walk, there are plenty of affordable taxis 🚖 and buses 🚌. The reception staff can call a taxi for you, and it arrives almost instantly ⏱️. Overall, a wonderful stay 💖 – highly recommended! 👍

We had a great time with my family. My daughter loved it. The mini water park, the children activities in the evening, the spa, and the buffet. Congrats Hotel Deloix! This is not just value for money, you've deserved your 4star sup. Again thanks to all the staff, always ready to help us.

We've just returned from Deloix Aqua Centre hotel after a 10 night HB stay with the wife & 2 children. The children are 1 & 12. We stayed in a "Family Room" with a huge balcony overlooking the pool & views of Benidorm. Long story short - it's a beautiful hotel, gorgeous big pools, big rooms/balconies, clean, huge aircon reception area, great facilities all round & for children BUT the food could be improved. It's definitely a favourite for spanish guests with the hotels restaurant catering for spanish guests - which is okay with us, but the Mediterranean offering we felt bland & not good quality. was a great stay, we could have stayed longer tbh & that's rare after 10 nights away with kids. Staff helpful & friendly. Huge outdoor pool with no "sun bed wars", indoor spa slip level pool, mini waterpark & softplay for infants, games room for juniors-teens, tennis courts & adult only pool with bar on the roof, day entertainment round pool, evening entertainment with own outdoor terrace/stage/seating. I mean, even listing the facilities & amenities says everything - amazing hotel. We purposely chose the location up in rincon away from the hustle and bustle of benidorm but near enough to venture into. Aqualandia was a 10/15 min walk up the hill. Supermarkets left & right with a short walk & lovely restaurants, bars, and cafes in walking distance either way out the main reception. Reception will ring a taxi promptly. We visited the old town, aqualandia, mundomar, altea & albir. We went HB & it gave great flexibility to our holiday with the option of 2 meals out the 3 offered in the restaurant. We often went for breakfast & and an evening meal, but sometimes missed breakfast & had lunch & an evening meal. We were out exploring most days but made a point of eating at least one meal a day in the restaurant to keep our eating out costs down. #Only Let Down - Food# We always found something to eat. Some days were good with fresh grilled chicken & steaks on the hot plate. Foods are not exactly bad, great desserts, decent salad station but all not very inviting or enough variety. The food is also poorly labelled, its guesswork on some visits & nothing about allergies. If i had paid all inclusive, i would not have been happy. We tried lots of different food throughout our stay, we are not fussy eaters & didn't/don't expect "Full English, Burgers, Chips, Chicken Nuggets" on the menu on holiday but it was a very seafood based, lots of pork & some visits we couldn't put a meal together that made sense (if that makes sense) Food appeared to lack flavour & spice. Breakfast average, hash browns, boiled eggs, fried eggs, cold meats, cheeses, breads - good. The limited cereal, poor coffee, juice sickly sweet, fatty streaky bacon & greasy chorizo sausage - not good. "Omelette guy" unfriendly/abrupt (but happy chatting to guests in spanish) & the was Omelette poor anyway. Plus drinks at lunch & in the evening aren't provided, you have to pay which is a little harsh as we've paid half board, not even water available. Staff in restaurant friendly & efficient. Would I let the food put me off returning, probably not as the hotel itself is definitely 4☆ fantastic. Great stay, loved the 10 nights, beautiful pools, lovely atmosphere, we just ate out more than planned due to restaurant predictably, lack of taste & menu.

We just spent 10 nights here and had a great holiday. The Hotel is clean, tidy and still feels modern. It is strongly focussed on the Spanish which I don’t think is a bad thing as we enjoyed paella and prawns more than we would have liked pie and chips. Our kids are 15 and 12 so weren’t involved with the kids club, but adult games like water polo and basketball in the main pool were good fun. The pool patio doors are locked until 10am every morning so there are always sunbeds available whether you want to join the 10am que or arrive just after you should still find a free bed. The rooftop pool and bar are great place to escape for a bit and seems to have a cooler breeze than the main pool so having a beer whilst sunbathing during a heatwave is more comfortable. The rooms were big enough for the four of us and the sofa bed is comfortable for 2 adults. The number 10 bus goes from the front of the hotel to the beach, but was packed the morning we first attempted it so we walked down and back instead. The staff were all polite behind the bars and in the restaurant. Reception were always willing to help with any queries we had and the animation team were always up for a good laugh during the pool games. The paddle courts on the rooftop are a nice touch. A lot of the entertainment is in Spanish so I can understand people’s concerns about kids feeling left out. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby if you fancy a change of scenery. We would like to stay here again as we had a really good break.

This hotel does not cater for vegetarian its just not acceptable my husband survived on bread buns and chips most of the week and the the arcade room was a shambles. The pool table did not work and practically nothing else did you put your money in nothing happens. Complained to the reception they knew nothing worked but no out of order sign just taking the money. The downstairs toilets were discousting paper all over the place. Most of the staff were just not friendly don't think they like the English. Room was fine cleaned ever day overall we didn't enjoy our holiday at this hotel and will not stay again.

Unfortunately we have to agree with the recent reviews, in that the hotel has gone down. This was our third visit here and we were disappointed. The main problem was the food. Being vegetarian, we are used to the fact that Spain dosent really cater for this, but we have always managed to get by abd its not usually a problem. I would say this holiday has been the worst weve had in terms of food. There isn't much choice generally, not all members of our family are vegetarian, and even they struggled! The majority of the food wasn't labelled, which didn't help. The chefs attitude was miserable, no smiles etc. We asked over several nights is there anything vegetarian, the response was always a flat no. One night there was pizza, my husband asked if it was possible to have a simple margetrita (considering they were doing that anyway and adding the meat to it), of course the answer was no. Another day, they had ham and cheese toasties prepared and would toast them there and then for you. My husband asked If he could simply remove the slice of ham before toasting, the chef clearly wasn't happy about it! It was more or less the same food everyday on repeat. To make matters worse, the pool bar offered some vegetarian food, but of course we had to pay extra for that (we were half board basis). Why can't they incorporate these options into the evening menu? The hotel generally is feeling slightly tired compared to previous visits. The foyer toilets regularly stunk of urine. The carpets are stained in places aswell as some of the chairs. On the plus, the pool area was well maintained, and some of the reception staff were friendly. The room cleaning staff were always friendly and they done a great job. Unfortunately we won't be staying at Deliox again, which is a shame as it was our go to hotel when visiting Benidorm! It needs a complete overall for the food service, friendlier kitchen staff and some TLC around the buildings and rooms.

Over all a good experience but there is a few things I wish I knew before booking. First of all the air conditioning wasn’t working for the first two nights and the first night I went down and complained they said it would be fixed and no one came to our room so I went down again and it was later fixed. The room itself was clean upon arrival however wasn’t cleaned throughout the week. The bedding wasn’t changed daily since a mark was on my bedding from the first night and was there till the end. We also brought in sand from the beach and it was suspected anyway the floors weren’t cleaned but confirmed when we’d have to dust off our feet before getting into bed or putting on socks since our feet were covered in sand, dust and dirt. This was also shown when water was spilled on the floor and I used a hand towel to wipe it up and the towel came up black.water was also dripping into our sink from the ceiling.upon reading the book of the facility’s provided from the hotel it mentioned a kettle with tea and coffee should be in every room and we didn’t have one. The food itself was a good variety for all dietary needs and not too busy with it being well stocked up however the snack bar was a little more difficult since there was never any pizza available the whole time there and the burgers sometimes came out undercooked. However very big proportions and great chicken wings. Checking out we were charged €3 for a drink and reception couldn’t specify what from since you pay as you go and being all inclusive we woulnt need to pay for extras? And nothing was taken from the fridge? If you don’t want noise stay upstairs in the adults only pool and the staff were good keeping young loud teens out however there is never a lifeguard and when there was a lifeguard by the kids pool they weren’t paying attention or telling kids off for running and doing dangerous things which kept me on edge. Other facilities were fantastic such as taxi ordering, staff only bar, evening entertainment and the staff always had a smile on their face however the cleaning was horrific and I dreaded getting into bed and walking barefoot.
