Hotel Deloix Aqua Center

The 4th time we have visited, and definitely the last!!! Hotel used to be classy, but now it falls into the same category as most of the other hotels in benidorm. Groups of lads climbing across balconies , a huge group of teenage football thugs. Loads of Children screaming and crying! There is nowhere peaceful, and the staff are not bothered! Im sick of complaining, already moved rooms once and still we have no peace. It seems like everyone's attitude to others stinks! Non friendly and ignorant. Still one week left and I want to go home!!! My advice is to avoid this once lovely hotel, unless you like hostility, noise, mayhem and unfriendly, uninterested staff

Ignore negative comments this hotel is great away from the noise 30 minutes walk to centre bus stop right at front of hotel food was lovely steak salmon different every day rooms are spacious large sun terrace staff attentive 3 euro a beer loads of sunbeds would definitely return

Beautiful and tranquil hotel. We’ve not long returned from a lovely stay here and it was better than expected. Extremely clean and tidy. Rooms are comfortable, unfortunately needed air conditioning during the heatwave at night and the only minimal sound disturbance. The hotel has a calm and quiet atmosphere, a twenty minute walk away from the lively resort area. We stayed all inclusive.Plenty of good food options, I’m a non meat eater and always found something. Drinks were fantastic, delicious cocktail options. Not the sickly sweet kind that we have found at other hotels. Staff- we found most of them to be friendly and hospitable. We’d definitely look to stay here again.

We stayed as a family of 6 in 2 rooms [2 adults and 4 kids 15,16,17 and 12] at the back end of half term. We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was good on the eye. Pool was a decent size and plenty of beds around. There's also am indoor pool [you need to wear a cap for this which you get in Reception] and the kids enjoyed to chill in the jacuzzi. Rooms were a good size and cleaned daily with comfortable beds and a massive double pull out beds which were brilliant for single person use that we had. Reception staff were excellent, really helpful, ordered taxis for us, helped with any questions, we also borrowed the iron which was helpful [just have to leave €20 deposit which you get back when you return it]. We booked padel or 90 minutes which was on the rooftop and a brilliant addition. The kids used the games room for playing pool which they enjoyed. Food, we found very good. Breakfast had a wide range of options from cereals, English, continental. We went half board and here you can choose lunch or evening meal which was perfect for us. We found the lunch really nice, paella, seafood, pastas and more standard English options available. Cocktails at the bar were excellent, mojitos especially! Would definitely recommend. Location is a more quiet end of benidorm, its about 25 min walk to beach or new town area, but would recommend a taxi to the old town which we ordered from Reception and took no more than 2 minutes to arrive. Things to improve - very minor points - No kettle in the rooms and no coffee / tea available until breakfast at the bars, as an early riser that was the one thing I missed. There was some music at the pool area but very low, maybe a little bit louder, but not an issue. Would definitely recommend and definitely would return.

Hotel space is lovely, however large groups of Spanish arrive at the weekends with 30+ children in the same group. Roof top pool only open in July and August, the noise and the way the pool area was taken over ruined the stay

Lovely hotel. Lovely atmosphere. Food was a lot better than expected. Only problem was being served raw chicken, told the chef that was cooking it infront of everybody it was raw and he didn’t seem to care. Same again the next night with raw pork and more raw chicken. Other than that/him lovely place to go

Stayed for 7 nights bed and breakfast. The breakfast was disgusting, the food served in the pool snack bar was good however, staff were very miserable and rude. Requested pool view room x2. Unfortunately, room located opposite several generators, noisy neighbours in the room next door. Pool was absolutely freezing. Indoor pool and surrounding area absolutely filthy. Seen previous review regarding noisy children. Didn’t witness this, the children in my opinion were better behaved than the so called adults. There were large groups of men and women who were unable to read the room, very loud, foul derogatory language spoken constantly, embarrassing behaviour. No conversation from the bar staff or reception staff, very rude. Clean pool area, with plenty of sunbeds but dissapointly access to the pool forbidden until 10AM. The pool was absolutely freezing cold. Children were only allowed inflatables from 2PM. The cleaners worked very hard to clean the hotel, dated in parts, grubby carpets, dusty glass.

Brilliant hotel very modern, great comfy, well soundproofed rooms, not in the crowded centre, 10min bus ride from outside the front, same price anywhere 1euro 10cents & frequent. Food good & hot for a change! Swimming pool big ,spoilt by screaming kids. I choose this hotel because it advertised a rooftop pool for adults only, but I didn't see the small print....only in season, July onwards!!! At 30 degrees the season should start earlier !! They wouldn't even let me sunbathe up there away from the excessively noisy kids. Otherwise it's a tip top hotel. Gerry from the Isle of Wight.

Read mixed reviews about the deloix, cant understand the negatives. Wow this hotel is a gem, hotel and staff are superb. The catering staff (Camereros) are so helpful. Rooms are lovely and the cleaners do a superb job. Facilities are very good. Well worth staying at the 4star.

Such a lovely hotel, so clean. Rooms are perfect, got cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Food is amazing, there’s something for everyone, we had steaks, cod, seabass, sushi, ribs, just so much choice and the catered for my son who is Ceoliac, they made him the best carbonara ever. Drinks are lovely, pool is great. Entertainment wasn’t too entertaining but will probably get better in season. No sunbed wars at all, pool opens at 10am so you can’t get to the pool before that time because doors are locked. Pool bar food was delicious, definitely recommend the pizza and cheese & ham toastie. Had a fab time, you won’t be disappointed.
