Pool areas nice food average entertainment for kids is all in Spanish didn’t try to include any English kids breakfast is probably the worst I’ve seen I’ve stayed in 3 stars with better breakfast staff are pretty rude ! We booked this hotel for the kids splash park and the pool areas which are very good even if they are freezing !! The rooms are very big will sleep 4 comfortably I probably wouldn’t stay here again due to it not being inclusive to Other nationalities and the food not being great

The whole experience from check in to departure was excellent. The room was clean and spacious with a big balcony. The balcony was very safe for the children. The food was excellent, as were the dining staff. There was a big selection at all meals and someone cooking omelettes to order at breakfast and fish, steak, kebabs,etc. at other meals. The choice of drinks and food available all day at the pool bar was good. We were all inclusive. Bedding and towels were changed often and we got beach towels from the bar (deposit). The outdoor pool was cold but the 2 indoor fun pools were great. It was early season so there was not much entertainment, except aqua-aerobics and things for the children. We plan to go again. It is away from the lively part of Benidorm but within walking distance.

Family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids, 10 and 8) with an AI package. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, the pool area well maintained, the rooms are of decent size although we were massively disappointed that what is a family room has no demarcation. There is a games room with paid activities for kids which the kids enjoyed. The snack bar was alright depending on the staff. One lady in particular was very rude and grumpy and after several attempts to be polite to her and no reciprocation, I didn’t bother anymore. The downside: This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. There is only 1 restaurant which is where you go for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was so bad, lacked in taste and variety. It was almost like no thought went into meal Planning, extremely limited option and if you came in the last hour of meal time most of the food and desert is gone and does not get replaced. The cutlery was often dirty so we found ourselves swapping cutlerries all the time. On one occasion the family next to us had done the same before we arrived and they said they had just done same and the guy couldn’t even give a sh*t when they were trying to tell him. The staff at the restaurant can’t be bothered, even when you say hi, you’re ignored. You can’t get their attention even when you need a drink. For a 4 star hotel, no effort was made to dress up the place for dinner, it was like walking into a rundown cafeteria. Mind you, this is April and the hotel was not busy. By the third day we gave up and started eating out for dinner. The room was extremely hot. After several complaints, we were initially told they will send someone to check the room but was later told the air condition is switched off in April so we need to leave our door open if it was hot. First 2 nights we had it shut and couldn’t sleep, by the 3rd night we decided we’d rather be bitten by insects than stay another night in the heat. The entertainment was really poor, the kids activity was non existent apart from a couple of non enthusiastic aqua gym sessions. The roof top pool was not opened. I’m not a massive drinker (the occasional red wine) but everything decent was not included in the AI, even when I tried to order cappuccino I was told I’d have to pay!!! In summary for a 4 star hotel, it is massively lacking. We travel a lot and have done 4 star and 5 star hotels and resorts. If I compared this to a holiday village with tons and tons of people going through, the holiday village will score significantly more than this hotel. We will definitely not be returning; my advise would be if you decided to go, skip the AI package as it’s not worth it AT ALL.

My 3rd visit and again this hotel doesn’t disappoint me. Again a few days on a rented bike, the hotel has a great bike garage with tools etc. one small issue we had was the noise from a couple next door to us, disco music started (very loud) at 22:30. Management arrived and the noise stopped until the next day at 19:30. My mate moved rooms without an issue..as per my last visit super hotel, great staff and walking distance to the main town

Nice hotel. Could do with being modernised especially the bedrooms. Pool areas looks nice and lots of pools to choose from.

The incredibly professional, kind and caring staff is it’s true value. . Clean, quiet - on the edge of Benidorm madness but it feels safe. Thank you to all the staff at Deloix. I’ve stayed in super luxury and dumps - but you all make the difference from room service staff to bar staff to the joyous dining room team and the gracious Reception team.

I came to this hotel for Christmas I chose this hotel because my mum and dad are traveling around and was on the campsite up the road so the location was fantastic for me as I came with 2 small children and didn't want to be in the main town walking on my own with the children. It is about 20mins walk down into benidorm but I did know that before booking the holiday.When I got to the hotel I asked for a cot and got told it would be a charge of €7 a day I said I paid for a bed why should I have to pay for a cot. my little one doesn't settle in a bed when away he is only 2years old. He then changed me rooms and gave me a cot free of charge. The rooms Very roomy very clean the cleaner came in every day and got clean towels every day. Couldn't believe how big the balcony was even tho I didn't use it as my little one likes to climb so door was locked at all times. The food I was half board so we could pick day to day if you wanted dinner or evening meal we did go for dinner a lot as evening meal wasn't till 7.30 and was late for the kids. Plus we liked to be out most days seeing my parents. If you do get a drink in the restaurant you have to pay by card or charge your room which I had to do as I only brought cash with me. Same in the hotel bar you have to pay with card. Wasn't a problem I just paid when I checked out. The food was OK always found something to eat and so did the kids. As we was there for Christmas on Christmas eve with your evening meal all you drinks where free and same Christmas day what I thought was a lovely touch even tho we didn't eat there Christmas day as spend it with family. The pool It said it was heated and it definitely was the the 2 pools where big you do have to have a swim cap on tho in the pool but I did know this b4 coming so brought some with me. But I do believe you can buy them. Christmas day was lovely santa came they was a letter box where you put your letters in and they called your child up to get there present off santa. They was entertainment on all though the day. First time been away for Christmas and I'd definitely do it again. Thank you hotel deloix for giving us a lovely Christmas. I'd definitely come back to this hotel in the summer to take advantage of using the outdoor pool what I no my kids would love.

Beautiful hotel, really spacious. First time to this hotel and won't be the last. Reception and check in was very good if not all the information needed regarding all-inclusive. We were in block 3, and the decor is absolutely beautiful. The room 3218 was huge and spotlessly clean and kept that way every day by the hard-working room attendant. The only issue is when you find €200 do the honest thing and hand it to the bearded receptionist. The day before leaving, I asked the same if the monies had been claimed and was dismissed out of hand. So my overall memory is of trying to be honest and left thinking, why did I bother. I know that I won't get a reply to this due to the above, or it will be totally overlooked. But still a great hotel, the majority of staff go beyond to make it a happy and memorable holiday.

Hotel beautuful and rooms spotless. Bar and lounge very comfortable. Food very poor dont cater for the english pallet. If you like seafood you will be ok but the actual choice of meat dushes very poor. The desert choice is very poor to say the least. They seem to cater for spanish. The new years eve gala dinner is mainly seafood and fish. The hotel and grounds are very nice. I would not recomend this to english or non seafood lovers

Absolutely fantastic hotel . Lots of great facilities to entertain children in the winter . Fantastic outdoor park for hours of play , indoor soft play also . The heated indoor swimming pool blew us away as we didn’t realise there was one ! Open until 7pm for an evening swim and spa facilities. Lovely breakfast included and really spacious room . We had a great time Thankyou 5/5
