Hotel Deloix Aqua Center

This was my third visit after not being for 10 years and the hotel is still as beautiful as it was then . We were all inclusive . Pool bar food was lovely as well as restaurant food never had a bad meal . Lots of choices nobody could ever go hungry here . Entertainment at night wasn’t the best and nothing going on in the day but not sure if this was because of the time of year we went . Cocktails were fabulous . Staff were lovely and friendly . Thank you for a fabulous holiday

Absolutely brilliant hotel staff really helpful everything you require pool areas stunning rooftop pool with stunning views

The location was perfect for us as away from the main strip. We received a warm welcome from reception on arrival and this was consistent throughout our stay with all staff friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable with a large balcony. We were facing the street and weren't troubled by noise at night from the hotel bar or outside as the location is away from the bars. We enjoyed breakfast with a vast choice including cereals, fruits, pastries, fresh breads, cold meats and cheese as well as a buffet of hot food. We heard the odd complaint from other guests about the food not being English enough! I am vegan and could have asked the chef to cater but I was happy with the choice as was and kept us going until the evening meal. Soya milk was provided. We enjoyed a couple of days by the outdoor pool which was well looked after by the staff. Food and drinks were reasonable prices. The roof pool is open at peak season so was closed when we were there. The games room was appreciated on a rainy day. 1 euro for pool. There was entertainment every evening. We only watched one circus act (in Spanish) which was hilarious and a great atmosphere. We ordered cabs from reception to the Old Town for the evening which ranged in price from 6-8 euros. A choice of bars and restaurants are about 10 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel had a mix of Spanish and English guests which suited us. All in all very happy and can't think of anyway it could be improved.

lovely clean hotel only let down his food that's why I give 4 stars instead of 5 food his same most days have to use microwave as food is not warm no English bacon at all in morning we have visited this hotel for last 7 years and no improvement with food it was actually a lot better when jet2 used this hotel seemed to cater a bit more for English it won't put me off returning yearly has everything else his very good

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, Maid staff also very helpful and flexible with room cleans, good selection of pools although rooftop pool was closed so never got a chance to see roof area, Breakfast was probably the best I've had for a larger hotel Good bus links right outside front of hotel for cheap travels into central Benidorm or Altea. Only negative comment i could provide is the air conditioning unit on the roof is very noisy and lasts fir approx 10mins everytime it switches on, apart from that I would definitely stay here again and probably will, alot of more expensive hotels come no where close to this one.

A beautifully designed hotel with spacious areas all around and lovely big rooms and balconies. Fantastic pool and seating area and a brilliantly designed children's play area and splash park slightly at the side away from the main pool. Loved the greenery around the The half hour walk to the beach showed the seedier side of Benidorm so it's worth the 1.60 euros to take the number 10 bus (stop outside the door!) to the Old Town for the little beach under the church teeming with fish. This same bus also takes you to Altea....absolutely beautiful beach and cliff top walkways. Took a coach Guadelest too.....worth the 8 euros (return) just for the mountain road! Several comments on here about the quality of the food but we always found something we liked and the super friendly breakfast chef happy to cook to your taste. None of the dishes labelled, unfortunately, but there was nothing with nuts but unsure about other allergy ingredients. Stayed for 7 days but, unfortunately, we only had half a day without the three loud, foul mouthed, immature, drunken, high, Welsh lads who never left the place (they were all inclusive so why would they?). Their language, shouting and leering at any passing female was absolutely awful and I know many guests avoided the pool area (where the stayed all day) and the pool cafe certainly lost business. This is not the hotel for this type of Benidorm clientele so I was surprised that they were tolerated by the staff (who were very aware of their behaviour). So glad we didn't have our children with us.

Excellent with families

Stayed there lots of times with my wife and with the lads always had a great time. Staff very welcoming and helpful as always. Great facilities, would recommend.

Nice hotel on the outside of the busy main areas. Perfect for a restful stay but only a 20 minute walk down to the beach, or a short bus ride on the number 10 both ways. There's a zoo 15 minute walk away. Hotel is pretty on the outside with lots of plants and is something special with only 3 floors. Great splash pool for the kids even if a little cold (take a wet suit for the little ones to keep them a bit warmer) great play area,kids club with soft play. Indoor pool was lovely and warm with lots of jets and jacuzzi area. Sun beds inside and out so all weather is covered. Room lovely and clean, housekeeper visited every day. We had a large balcony facing the courtyard inside which suited us great as we didn't get any noise. Slept well. Smaller selection of food than what you would get in a huge hotel but to be expected as this is a small hotel but what we did eat was nice and no concerns over any illness as well cooked and replaced often. There was enough variety. Drinks sizes where nice and served in nice sized glasses. Snack bar served food to order which was nice, staff in these bar areas here were great. The staff running the kids disco very enthusiastic. Now for a few negatives... arrived late at night, as expected bar was closed. On getting to the room there was no water provided, only the option to purchase 2 small bottles out of the mini bar. As this room could sleep up to 4 this would not be enough. I expected water to be provided in a 4* superior. We stayed all inclusive, but this finishes at 11pm,including water. After 11pm you have to pay. All inclusive only covered a very small selection in bar areas. For example no choice of wine just 1 option, basic soft drinks. Very limited choice on all inclusive. Hot drinks only tea or coffee, if you want a cappuccino or anything notthe badic option you need to pay a surcharge, same with pizzas at snack bar only margarita was included anything else was a surcharge. One of the lady's serving tables in the dining room was very rude it seemed to be because we were English as Spanish guests didn't get the same treatment. We waited ages for drinks and when we eventually got brought drinks we didn't get any glasses. Our plates between courses weren't cleared away like Spanish guests where. At one point she even pushed the trolley past our table but never stopped to take our plates and this happened every mealtime. It was a clear dislike of us being English. Because of these things and left feeling like we weren't really welcome we wouldn't come back. We enjoyed it while we where there, it's a lovely hotel with excellent facilities in a quiet location.. but not enough to make us want to come back considering the lack of water when we arrived, the poor treatment and the surcharges.

Been great but last night had some kind of conference after party music thumping till 3.30 fire alarm going off from 2.30 every 5-10 minutes we are on a disabled floor with lots of disabled people on .no one came up to say nothing to worry about told reception about this next day they said sorry ..that it sorry for making disabled people get dressed 2.30 in morning no one knowing what happening .totally disgraceful behaviour from the guests setting alarms off also management doing nothing about it
