Hotel Deloix Aqua Center

The hotel is run down in places. The indoor pool area was run down and dirty. The outdoor pool could essentially not be used as it was so cold. The same applies to the children’s pool. The reception staff were unhelpful and said one thing to us about what meals we were entitled to and then changed their mind the following day, meaning we missed out on one of our included meals. Overall, the hotel is nowhere near a 4*.

Tout était très bien. On a passé un excellent séjour. Pleins d’animations pour les enfants les piscines sont superbes. Beaucoup de choix au restaurant! Merci

The room was not really clean, i could see fingerprints on the TV, the shower screen and the wardrobes. The room is good size with comfy beds and the bath room is also good size. Nice balcony with views. All together a really nice hotel, but the lobby is unfortunately very dated and looks more like a college hub. The out door area with swimming pool is lovely. The outside bar looked more like a coffe shop with plastic chairs. They did not have the drinks we asked for even if they were on their drink list. The attention form the staff a bit slow both reception and bars, nobody asked us once how our stay was and they gave little attention to us when we arrived.

At the end of a month road trip in Spain we knew that De Loix would offer us some due rest and recovery while enjoyiing the warmer weather of Southern Spain. We love this place and trust it never to disappoint. This is our 3rd time back. Have tried other places in Benidorm but this is our go to of choice. Great location IN Benidorm but just far enough OUT of it too. if you enjoy beautiful surroundings, great hospitality, peace and quiet while being within a walking distance of all Benidorm has to offer this hotel is ideal. Great staff. Rooms super spacious, great housekeeping comfortable beds and fresh crisp linen and towels. Breakfast is definitely worth getting up for plus the poolside is great for lazy days away from the Benidorm bussle if you choose. Our days here coincided with a huge wedding party which was wonderful to watch. The staff worked flat out but still made sure that all other hotel guests like us not part of wedding party received full service and great hospitality as usual. Will always recommend and return again and again when in this region of Spain
