Hotel Deloix Aqua Center

We were very pleased with how close the hotel was to Benidorm Place, just a short walk. A very comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast.

Convenient for Benidorm Palace . Trip for friends for special show.

Fourth time staying at this fab hotel. It is in a great location for visiting the Benidorm Palace and a 7 Euro taxi ride to the 'old town'. Rooms are modern and spacious. Breakfast lovely. The spa pools are a real treat.

Excellent hotel. Well situated away from the centre but not to far.

Have stayed in the Deloix many times over the last ten years everything very nice as always except for the dining hall service ... when we have stayed in the past we sat down for dinner a server would come over straight away and take a drinks order , bring your drinks and leave the bill on the table and you would pay at the desk on the way out ...... not now, servers completely ignore you you have to try and attract they’re attention sometimes already eating our main course before anyone came over then reluctantly serve you and ask for the money as they place the bottle on the table very rudely with no please or Thankyou not giving you a bill either but standing there demanding the money there and then while you are in the middle of eating !! I have never encountered anything like this in any hotel I have been in before ... such a let down as other could not fault the front desk staff or bar staff .. such a shame as this would put me off staying here again and recommending to anyone else.. like I have done before .. there’s no excuse for such rudeness.

Can't fault this hotel it had lovely food .snacks and bar available all day ..fab spa .the pools were amazing .not over crowded plenty for the kids and plenty sun beds .all in all a somply fantastic place ....

The hotel was lovely, the rooms were really nice and clean, it was close to the beach but far enough away that it was peaceful. The only downside was the food, particularly for vegetarians. I would give the hotel 9/10 but the food 3/10.
