"Stay in September"

Traffic and music noise annoying when trying to sleep. Kettle and tea / coffee in room gratis please. Otherwise perfect stay. Beds great. Breakfast adequate and good quality but a bit boring.

Hotel was amazing, clean, staff are excellent, food was great. 20 minutes walk to night life and beach. 6 euros in taxi.

Very good,as always ,stayed here many times over the past ten years and never disappoints,quiet location.on the upside you no longer have to pay for a key for the in room safe👍 Only downside was our patio door would not lock reported to reception on first day and was told someone would come and look / fix it but no one did ☹️

Not what I would calla 4 star hotel. No hairdryers other extras in the room. Room was clean and spacious. We had to request a harrier which was supplied to our room. Certainly an excellent choice of food for breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was just average.

Visiting Benidorm Palace - great location for that and a short taxi ride or 40 mins walk to Old Town. Hotel has great facilities and will definitely stay again

"Fabulous hotel"

Stayed here as we had booked to go to Benidorm Palace to see the show Aqua, check in was easy, parked the car underground. The room was spotless with a nice balcony, bathroom was huge and clean, the swimming pools looked fab although we didn’t have time to use them or the Spa, would definitely recommend and book to stay again.

"Impressive hotel, but look out for the beds!!"

Upon arrival, very impressed with this hotel. Very large and plenty of lifts to accommodate access to all floors, in all blocks. Good size bar and lounge area. Biggest disappointment was how uncomfortable the beds were! We had noticed extra touches which gave the hotel a sign of good quality, but felt this quality was let down by the beds which had the springs showing and felt like trying to sleep on a slab of concrete. We stayed in room 3118 which I hope will be of use to the management to check it out.
