Wonderful location on the Riverwalk and our room had a view of the river. Convenient location to lots of restaurants, shopping and site seeing opportunities. The room was very large with a separate seating area. Large bathroom as well. VERY comfortable beds and pillows. Nice staff.

It was a little noisy being located on a high floor of large open atrium-style lobby above a busy bar. Exposed elevators were also a bit squeaky. I wasn’t bothered by it, but my husband needed to use earplugs the second night — which the hotel provided, so clearly it’s an on-going issue.

Great value for money. Great location on the river walk with friendly staff, awesome breakfast menu, and nice suites.

The valet parking looked a little bit expensive so we just self parked at a 24 hour parking lot a couple blocks away which worked just fine

"Ask for Francisco in the Ambler Restaurant"

Just wanted to take the time to let you know how outstanding Francisco in the Ambler restaurant took care of us. He didn’t miss a beat to get our food perfect. Always making sure we didn’t need anything. We stayed several nights and he greeted us like we were family.
