Hotel Contessa

Breakfast was decent. The waiter was very friendly. He was the only hotel staff who was friendly! I appreciate the early check in

The reception staff both days were unfriendly and unwelcoming. When we arrived, they did not even greet us with a simple hello!! They barely make eye contact. When we ask any questions, they are evasive and look annoyed. We did not feel any professional warm welcome. I traveled in Texas, in the USA, Europe, Turkish, Egypt, and this was the worst reception staff ever! That spoiled our overall impression of the hotel experience. Room wise, it was nice. However, the bath tub was not clean. And when taking a shower, the water was not draining properly.

Hotellet havde direkte adgang til Riverwalk, hvilket er både hyggeligt og praktisk. Parkering var nemt pga. valet-parkering, Dejligt bar-område i bunden af hotellet,

Man behøver ikke at bestille og betaleekstra for et værelse med udsigt til Riverwalk, da træer og buske tager hele udsynet. Endvidere sker der ikke noget på den del af Riverwalk, hvor hotellet ligger.

Should have microwave The tubs don’t drain well, resulting in water stains in bottom

Room had mold all in bathroom, roaches and nat flies in room very humid and has a bad muggy smell

River area location is excellent.

Parking at the hotel to unload was difficult, and to park just my car without valet was $40. No rollaway bed availability. No water availability for rooms except $8 Fiji. River view from the seventh floor was highly obstructed.
