Very helpful and friendly staff. A great breakfast was included. Easy to get there by bus or train. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Receptionist-Joanna was very friendly & helpful. She advise on where to go. Good job! Breakfast was good. Hotel is very convenient, next to Interlaken West station, just need to cross the road.

Atendimento gentil e cordial da senhorita Maddison, excelente. Quarto confortável e limpo. Banheiro limpo porém o box de banho é bastante estreito, podendo ser um problema. Café da manhã pontuo 6/10, poderiam melhorar na qualidade dos produtos. Recomendo e voltaria.

Está exactamente frente a la estación de tren “interlaken west”! Para mi viaje resulto ser muy conveniente ya que tomamos el tren para ir a otros destinos! Por lo que no había que desmañanarnos!

O hotel é bom, limpo, bem localizado, estrutura relativamente nova e confortável, café da manhã é bom mas podia ser melhor. Não leva nota máxima pelo preço, entendo que por ser 3 estrelas o valor pago poderia ser ao menos 25% menor.

The hotel is very close to the railway station. The reception staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The views of the mountains from my room were spectacular.

The hotel’s location is perfect, directly opposite Interlaken West Station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The rooms were clean, functional, and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and Andre, the owner, went above and beyond to make my celebration special. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel truly valued as a guest. The highlight of the hotel is the amazing rooftop area, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and a serene space to relax. It added a magical touch to the celebration. I highly recommend Hotel Merkur West Station for anyone visiting Interlaken, whether for a special occasion or a regular getaway. A big thank you to Andre and the team for making my 50th birthday so memorable!
