Office staff was wonderful as always. Our room air kept defaulting to 83 at night which made it muggy and smelly. The room looked very used. My last stay on the 2nd floor was a much nicer experience.

There were 2 hidden cameras in the apartment. It was terrible. I’m still waiting reimburse from the hotel, because I couldn’t stay there for sure.
