It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room so we could have warmed up our leftover food from restaurants instead of throwing it away. The outside lights shine directly through the blinds, so for those who are light sensitive you don't get a good nights sleep. Need curtains on the windows over the blinds. It was VERY difficult to get a washcloth, and when we did the washcloths looked like they had been used as cleaning rags; tattered and dingy. On a positive note, all staff were very friendly and accomodating. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, but would bring our own washcloths/scrunchy or something to bathe with, and we would remember there are no microwaves.
