Cobblestone Suites - Ripon

Overall very nice. Staff was super friendly. Our only issue was a super slow tub drain, it was half full by the time one of us would shower. We did let the front desk know. And there were some cosmetic things- peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and the shower curtain was falling apart. It worked for what we needed.

Very good breakfast, the rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The pool area was fun for kids.

Great location near restaurants. Nice swimming pool. Easy parking. Friendly staff.

No house cleaning, tried to assist by asking for clean and got snapped at by staff member. VERY VERY under staffed. Breakfast was offered but ran out after an hour. Coffee smelled and tasted like it was run through a dirty sock! Will NEVER stay or recommend this facility ever again!

We arrived at 1:00pm after a 15 hour drive and there was not anyone at the desk. We buzzed as directed, so then a young lady appears at the desk and promptly told us with an attitude, that they don’t do any check ins until 3pm. I was a bit surprised to be greeted in that manner. If I were the manager I would train her to say…Hello, Welcome to Cobblestone Hotel and Suites. Your room is not ready just yet, however we can check you in and text you when the room becomes available. Thank you for your patience. At 2:45pm I watched another couple walk up to the desk and check in. I then walked up to the desk and different young lady very nicely checked us in. I am not sure if the first gal was having a bad day, however she needs to learn some manners if she plans to work in hospitality. The hotel was lovely and we had a very pleasant stay. It was clean and located in a very cute town. Convenient shopping and parking.

Clean. Nice pool. Helpful staff. Easy access to airshow in Oshkosh. Many resturants close by. Good place for the family to get away.

I wish breakfast started earlier; due to our plans, we had to make other arrangements for breakfast which was unfortunate since it was included. I also wish we could have had even 1 hour longer for a late checkout. I was in town for a race, so it would have been so helpful to be able to come back and shower before heading home. I definitely understand the predicament though with managing the number of folks coming in and out of the hotel

Staff could not process a simple booking for three made through Expedia. It is not the staff’s fault, and instead management that failed to train the staff. I will not be returning.
