Cobblestone Suites - Ripon

The hotel has a musty smell and our room also smelled like must and cigarettes. Behind the door in the bathroom it looked as if there was mold on the wall. The pool are is nice, but concrete around hot tub is breaking down and chipping. Staff was amazing as well as the free breakfast and coffee!

The roomand hallway stunk!

Very accommodating, cleanly, and professional. Location it’s very close to the majority of the commodities. Minor issues with room key deactivation, but staff was quick to help.

Water would not drain in tub, toilet flush inadequate, electrical issue in toom

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows on the beds. Free breakfast was good…nice selection of food choices.

We had a very dirty room..,crumbs, hair, Penny’s and a pill on the floor that had not been vacuumed or cleaned up. Lots of hair in all corners. Drain in the bathtub was clogged and the light bar in the bathroom didn’t work. The room was not clean or maintained. We were very disappointed. They told us it would get cleaned the second day, but our room was totally skipped and it didn’t get touched after the first night, then when it did apparently get cleaned after our second night, the only thing they did was make the beds, so I just had to make sure that we kept shoes on and that nobody took that pill on the floor. It was still there after we left the third night. The pool was under maintenance all day Saturday so we couldn’t swim…it was just disappointing. I wouldn’t go back.

The staff was amazing especially when the hotel was struck my lightening and lost power. Hotel room very clean, good breakfast, great location. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Very clean and courteous staff.

First the loud neighbors kept us up all night then the night staff wouldnt even do anything about it...from 12am.-3am...i called down and she actually told me to go and confront the drunk noisy neighbors because she wouldnt call there room and couldnt go up there apparently...so we almost had to just call tbe cops but then the power goes out and we lost our ac unit and the room go super uncomfortably hot and we were on the 3rd floor which isnt so bad but the elevators went out then the emergency lights didnt even work in the stairwell so it was pitch black trying to lug our luggage down the next morning.....worst exsperence ever
