Excellent breakfast, great location. Stayed here also in 2005 for 3 months! Still more or less the same quality after almost 20 years! 1 receptionist young lady speaks exceptionally well English (she's a bit in charge I think). She made me a few copies also.

Towels (all of them! ) are quite worn, must be years and years old, bit like sandpaper.. Showerhead attachment hangs a bit loose after nearly 20 years. You need to maneuver a bit to stay under the water. Bathroom is clean though!

Mi hotel de referencia en Suzhou, no es la primera vez que lo reservo. Excelente, habitación amplia, buen gimnasio y piscina, muy buen desayuno y lo mejor la atención personalizada del staff. Mencionar a Jessica de recepción por su efectividad, profesionalidad y en inglés. Recomendable 100% ah! Saliendo tienes muchos servicios andando, restaurantes, cafetería.... Bonita ciudad.
