Renaissance Suzhou Hotel

Nice hotel, clean and tidy. There are shops, restaurants, supermarket, convinience stores around. There is a big park near the hotel, nice for walkaround. A station of underground rail is in the park.

I paid the hotel but I didn't get the receipt at once. The deposit will not be refunded soon. I told the car number at check-in, but it was not free. I needed to go to the front when I left the parking lot. Never use twice

Service good, the room also great condition and comfortable to stay in.

The staff are really great and so polite, the room size is perfect with a good view. The area around is also great 👍

Great stay at the Renaissance. Good room, and great service. Adas at front desk was very helpful. Business Lounge has nice selection of food and drink with a nice view of Suzhou. I was able to get Didi within about 5 minutes for heading out to client meetings and dinners.

I stayed at Renaissance Suzhou Hotel for a combined 2.5 months and had an excellent experience. The hotel's ambiance is a perfect blend of modern and tradition, and it boats the biggest breakfast selection I've ever seen in hotels. Clara at the front desk made my stay exceptional with her warm and friendly service. She provided great local recommendations and ensured all my needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice experience overall

Hotel is perfect and experience was very good. Very good location, installations and structure. Anas, from reception balcon, was very supportive and kind. Gym is very New and good equipament. Restaurant with lots of options and tasteful food.

This is a fantastic establishment. It's evident among the staff (and management) at this hotel that customer service is highly regarded. Despite a busy Dragon Boat fastball weekend and 2 weddings, the staff here were attentive and just overall phenomenal! Highly recommend the Executive Lounge & Breakfast package. The good selection and quality were not only to notch, the convenience was an added benefit, especially for my family getting drinks and snacks throughout the day. Special thanks to Demi, Kris, Gareth, and all other staff during 6/8-6/10 whose names we may have forgotten. Your hospitality will be fondly remembered, and we will most certainly return for a longer stay!
