Great stay at the Renaissance hotel. Very welcoming staff, especially from the staff in the Club Lounge. So a big thank you to Anas, Kelly and Blair for making us so welcome. Would definitely recommend to my work colleagues and look forward to returning soon.

"Great bar"

Great hotel, really clean, really comfortable. Excellent customer service - especially the dinner, that was incredible with so much authentic Chinese food. The rooftop bar has great views too - Blair, Kelly & Anas at the rooftop bar were great too and very accommodating.

"Perfect Club Lounge service"

It was my first time in Suzhou Renaissance Hotel , wanted to try the club lounge. The food ,atmosphere and service were perfect overall, the young ladies were very kind and friendly, they helped a lot with everything I needed. I would love to thank Anas - the club lounge manager for his super helpful service and efforts to assure all guests are well treated and served, Yuki, Blair and Kelly for their kind service and hospitality.
