Great service, very committed to cleanliness and quality service. Breakfast buffet is extensive, I recommend including in ypur booking for good value. Good lounge bar with live lounge music with a chef kitchen at the rear offering a good menu that can be tailored to your requests (within reason). If you are doing business in Suzhou, I recommend this hotel!!

"Wonderful experience with high end services and kindness"

It’s my first time in suzhou and my first time in the hotel, when i got there i went to check in and my wonderful surprise to find an arabic gentleman i got soooo happy and he gave an upgrade which was so kind. For the breakfast it was good but for me i think it needs more varieties. The rooms were super clean and good the service also and my only wish was that the windows could open. But my rate to this hotel is 10/10. J’ai adorée cette hotel comparer a la france et spécialement a paris a cette prix la jamais j’aurais pu avoir ce lux et ce service spécialement les manières des réceptionnistes. Honnêtement si je reviens a suzhou encore une fois directement je resterais ici 🤩🤩

任何萬麗旅館的中餐廳都很好吃, 床很好睡,房間空間大,服務人員都到位, 順帶一提,可去蘇州天平山看乾隆下江南必去祕境, 不輸四大林園,去藍寶堅尼旅館吃蟹黃麵, 三晚旅行意猶未盡.

"Excellent"

The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and there's a supermarket opposite the hotel which was convenient as the food options nearby we're limited. The only problem with the room is that the air conditioner is not that good so at night the room was warmer than I would like.
