JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu

There is no respect for vegetarians at Lotus cafe at JW Marriott Juhu. The buffet options are more towards non vegetarians. The food at the live counters have different pans apparently but use same spoon to cook and same water to clean the spoon veg and non veg items. When spoken to executive chef Mr. Siddharth Dogra his reaction was cold and said this is what our layout is... and if a guest has issue they can order from the main kitchen.. It's practically not possible to order all the dishes from the kitchen and that too with trust... Earlier also same complaints have done but no changes.. If you are truly vegetarian and Jain request not to visit Lotus cafe..

Special mention to Royston for providing excellent service! He really made my stay more comfortable. He was kind, attentive, and went out of his way to help with my special accommodations. I truly appreciated his hospitality.

Luxury hotel, excellent service, everything you would hope for! Pool and beach access were an added bonus. Breakfast and chai were 10/10. Saffron restaurant a must. Great place for a celebration.

A little corporate but that’s ok. A/c was very high in restaurants, I had to wear a jacket.

The location was very good, close to many restaurants and bars. The buffet food at breakfast is incredible , had a huge variety.

They had only one bar , you couldn’t take your drinks outside.

When you stay at a JW, you come with certain expectations wrt service, the room and facilities in general. What I like: The food and restaurants at this place are really good. The breakfast buffet is expansive, and the location of the restaurant overlooking the sea is just fantastic. The location of the hotel is great, with Juhu Beach easily accessible, lot of good iconic food options nearby. The Bad: The room I stayed in was not up to JW standards. Aging furniture, decor and fittings. While spacious for Mumbai standards, things felt very very dated. The only good part of the room was the nespresso. The service was extremely poor in general. Be it the room service, check in experience or staff in general. They seemed more focused on celebs, while ignoring the regular guest. For the price, I would not stay here again. There are far better places at the same rate nearby, with much better rooms and service(maybe minus the location advantage)

Love love this hotel - service is superb ! Always stay in the executive rooms with access to the executive lounge - fabulous as always ! Special mention to Royston & Phili who work in the lounge they made our visits to the lounge even more pleasant and always fussed over us & greeted us with a smile - what lovely young men! Wendy & Shreya in guest relations you girls do a fantastic job too - always checking in on us ! Shekar who works in the gym you are so knowledgeable with workout and posture and gym exercises always stepping in to correct my form whilst exercising- thank you always greeting us with a smile ! Will definitely be back and stay at this hotel whenever I visit Mumbai - love this hotel ! Even though they’re renovating the hotel we could not tell the slightest - no noise whatsoever!

Had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. The hotel offers excellent service with staff available 24/7 and always ready to help. A special thanks to Mr. Devendra from housekeeping — he was truly exceptional and helped me with everything throughout my stay. His professionalism, kindness, and prompt support made the experience even more comfortable and memorable.
