JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu

We stayed here for a week at the end of March before heading to South Mumbai. We booked using a mix of Marriott Bonvoy points and cash, which worked out well. As a Gold member, I appreciated the recognition, including complimentary drinks at Reflections Bar (6–8pm). We even caught a Buffalo Trace launch event on our first night, which was a great touch. The highlight of our stay was the bar team—Harshal, Phillison, Harsh and Jwain—who were fantastic throughout. Friendly, attentive, and great at what they do. A real credit to the hotel and a big reason we’d return. Also, thanks to Luis at concierge for helping with restaurant bookings, and Ganesh for looking after our room. The hotel itself is lovely: great breakfast with a wide variety of Indian and Western options, a nice pool area, and a stunning lobby. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. There are renovations ongoing, but this didn’t affect us—only minor noise in corridors, none in the room. Only downside was inconsistent breakfast service—sometimes attentive, other times slow and requiring follow-ups. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and one we’d happily repeat.

The location is good. The access to Juhu beach is good. I had booked ocean view room but i could see room from only one corner. Quite average rooms and room service. Awesome breakfast spread , good quality and good taste.

Awesome Ambience and Awesome Food. Visited the Lotus Cafe for my Fathers Birthday and the staff made the whole experience worthwhile.

Had a fantastic stay at JW Juhu! Food has been excellent and the Executive Lounge has been first class. The selection of food and drinks was brilliant and Brewster was extremely attentive to your every need. I will certainly be back.

Our housekeeping person Nandu was fantastic. Very polite and customer centric. Took care of us for 16 day stay. He made us different arrangements for god and towels

Service has gone downhill at this hotel. It reaffirms why i always prefer to stay at Leela or Taj! Several examples include but not limited to… 1) I was given a complimentary Welcome Gift of Wine and Pralines that for 3 days i was trying to get it delivered to my room with no luck. Left arm does not know what the right arm is doing. Had call with the Guest Services as well as whatsapp messages with the duty manager - all provided the classic response “sending it now sir” 2) At breakfast i asked for a bottle of still water; mind you they provide unlimited of them in my room for free. One day i was given one and the next day they said they dont provide and i had to pay for large glass bottle of still water. 3) Service at the Lotus restaurant is atrocious. You have to wave 30 times before someone can see you! 4) Replenishment of disposable items in the room is inconsistent ie mouth wash, dental kit etc… 5) My washroom floater was busted - noone looked at it before giving me the room and had to ask someone to come and fix it as i could not flush the toilet. At least the Spa, Gym and Car Services seem to be functioning appropriately!
