"Great hospitality and spa experience"

Such a wonderful time at JW. the hospitality was incredible. Loved the welcome drink, kindness of all staff, how attentive and thoughtful everyone is. Buffet is amazing. Spa is wonderful. Had an incredible experience. Mari was my practitioner and she was AMAZING! I got the journey of the senses which was a massage, facial and body scrub. Puii was my mom’s practitioner and she LOVED it too!! Ashom helped us book and was so sweet. Best spa experience I’ve ever had. Love from Los Angeles, will be back again!

"Great Service, Food and Ambiance !!"

This is the only 5 star luxury hotel with beach access in Mumbai. Once again we spent a weekend here. The check-in was very smooth and fast. We had booked a premium room on top floor with executive lounge facilities. The room was very spacious which had excellent pool and sea view. The all day dining Lotus Café was great with lavish buffet spreads. The pool and lawns were very well maintained in spite of renovation work going on. The executive lounge had its own charm. The high tea and cocktail hours were top class. The service in all department was impeccable. We were looked after very well. Worth visiting...

Always stay there when in Mumbai

The pillows and the mattress. It wasn’t even a mattress. It was a traditional pad filled with cotton probably. Definitely not a spring mattress

"No considered for the physically challenged."

Primarily, regarding the accessibility for electric wheelchair users . To start with the very main entrance, has terribly designed ramps ( slope is a more appropriate word) . The banquet hall has a flight of steps from within the main lobby with no ramp accessibility at all. There is a ramp access, from outside which one has to go through generator vans , etc to get there and yet one cannot directly enter the hall in a wheelchair, its absolutely appalling , that a group as big as the Marriott, has chosen to ignore this ,extremely important aspect in their planning. Pool ,gym etc are also not wheelchair accessible. ( if im not mistaken). Please do something at the earliest and oblige.

"March 2026 JW Juhu Trip"

As always for the past 9 years, I had a lovely time at JW Juhu. The service, hospitality, food and gym facilities continue make it feel like home away from home. Special thanks to Andreas from Front Desk and to Manager Ms. Yasmin Arfa. It was also exciting to see that JW is planning so many new features over the next few months. I can’t wait for 2027 trip there.
