What truly stood out was the thoughtful in-room birthday arrangement — a beautifully presented cake, a delightful cheese platter, and a bottle of wine were waiting for us upon arrival. A heartfelt thank you to Janvi and Wendi, who went above and beyond to coordinate these special touches. It’s the kind of personalized attention that transforms a hotel stay into a cherished memory. Dinner at Mezzo Mezzo was nothing short of spectacular. The Italian fare was exquisite — rich flavors, impeccable presentation, and attentive service in a setting that perfectly complemented the celebratory mood. It remains one of Mumbai’s finest dining experiences, and this visit reaffirmed just that. The next morning, the breakfast spread was a superb way to close the stay — an impressive variety of options, fresh produce, and live stations that ensured we left well-fed and thoroughly pampered.
