Boardwalk Beach Resort

I didnt like that the pool and lazy river was not open. I booked at a resort so my girls ages 2 & 3 could get in the pool. They should have posted on the website that the pools and lazy river was not open.

The outside of the hotel was nice. There are some renovations going on at this time which was not a bother to me or my husband. I found that this specific hotel os owned by several differnt managment companies and therefore which ever tower you got was the quality you got. We got the north tower. I have heard nice things about the middle tower. I would not recommend that any one stay in the north tower. Unless you want a contact high. Mold and holes in your curtains. Satined bedspreads. We paid a little over 200 for one night. Plus a $23 key and resort fee. I am unsure why we had to pay the extra as the pools (all of them) were either closed or green with beer cans floating in them. No chairs or anything to take to the beach. I don't mind the fact they didnt have chairs to take i am just curious what the extra resort fee was for... I would not stay in this hotel again. They seriously need to step up their game for these prices.

the rom was very nice the check in desk were very nice we enjoyed our stay and will surely go back again

Very friendly staff. Night manager especially. Things that were disappointing were not advertising bring food and coffee. Sliding glass door had no handle on outside couldn't lock it either

Had to go back to the front desk the first two days I was there to have them Unlock the room because they kept an extra deadbolt locked on the room as a security measure for the off-season. The bed was sunk in the middle and uncomfortable as if you could feel springs through the mattress. The ice machine on my floor did not work the one on the first floor leaked and had water all over the floor they had to keep it wet floor sign out the entire time I was there. Had to leave a five dollar per key deposit which was to be returned after I checked out as of yet I have not received my deposit back to my account.

The hotel is located in walking distance of almost anything you might want while on vacation

The roim flood our clothes wet we mive 3 time in 4 days

A bit run down. No toilet paper in room on check-in.

No continental breakfast and I was charged extra fees that I didn’t know about when I thought everything was paid for.I didn’t like that there was no coffee in the kitchen like everywhere else I have stayed.
