The room is nasty! Everything is super gross. Towels stinks.

The room Had bugs on the ceiling And they would not refund me for my room

We were not happy about this place. The only thing going for it is that it’s oceanfront. The place stank, furniture was outdated, and the building looked like it was falling apart.

The room still had trash and stuff from previous visitors. The toilet leaked. The sink leaked. There were staples sticking up out the carpet that stabbed our feet. The lamp had metal showing at the plug and my bf was shocked. They were rude when we called the front to bring problems to their attention. How ever the ones who came and fixed most of the problem were hreat very polite

We had a really nice time. The rooms are a bit dated but they were clean. The elevator was not working last year when we came and it hardly worked this time. They have two but the right elevator was not working. They really need to get that fixed!

This place is extremely outdated and dirty. Not worth any amount of money to stay there

When I got there to check in I was initially given a room on the 6th floor and was told by management that the room was just cleaned. Once I got there to the room the bed was unmade and looked as if someone had just gotten out of it. There was half used soap in the tub and a cigarette lighter on the other bed. I took pictures and went back to management. I asked for another room perhaps an upgrade for my trouble and was told NO because I booked with Expedia. I was given another room on the 7th floor which appeared clean until we got in the bed and found someone’s check in paperwork under the blanket. I will NEVER book at Boardwalk again.

I called the property before making my reservation and I was told the amenities was open. Got to the resort and none of the amenities was NOT available as well I was given a smoking room which was dirty and smelt terrible. The manger said all she can do is apologize. So they lie to get your money and make you come when the amenities are not open then put you into dirty rooms

Very rude front desk staff, to me and others. Elevators looked worn out, the shower/Tub still had hair in it, the lock on the door was not sturdy, metal keys, looked as if it had not been updated in a very very long time, we stayed in the north tower so it wasn’t the nice main tower that was pictured as advertised. It was a holiday weekend and they didn’t have any upgrades (even though a man booked a condo while I was turning in my keys) so we left and stayed somewhere else. The main tower may be nicer but I wouldn’t take a chance, not knowing what tower you’re going to get a room in. The balcony was nice and looked updated but the chairs on the balcony looked to be from 1985.
