The bathtub was unsafe and the toilet felt like you were sitting on the floor

When I make reservations for my family they put me all different buildings no at the same when I reserved

Bed bugs is in here bad very bad experience

Very disappointing. Bugs in the room. Rugs were not maintained. Overall, it was terrible. We would not recommend property.

Staff were friendly. Room was efficient for the amount of time we stayed. Love that it's located on the beach with quick easy access to the beach.

My grandkids enjoyed the pool, and jacuzzi a lot. We would of loved to have had housekeeping though.

The hotel was dirty. The maids never came around due to covid but I would think that they would because of the fear of covid

Dirty!!! Anybody can walk in at anytime. Bug's. NOT SAFE.

Do not stay here🚫🚫🚫🚫 I booked a ro here through expedia to attend my sister's funeral. We checked in late in night and we're given a room in a building beside the actual hotel you see on website . It was like a hostel or scarrey movie . The door wouldn't lock ,tons of roaches,all cabinets and furniture super old and filthy,the shower barely ran,burn holes in bed and chairs ,carpet torn and gross in room and hall,filth so thick on walls and feet of furniture. I checked out and told attendant all this she said I don't know why they even put you in that building and to call expedia . I talked to expedia ,they called hotel and the hotel lied and said I didn't tell them why I checked out early . GIVE MEY REFUND AND DON'T EVER PUT ANYONE IN THIS NASTY BUILDING . MY NEXT CALL IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
